Our Design Consultants:
- Loves to sell and loves to create inspiring spaces for their clients.
- Has a passion for design and keeps up on the latest design trends and aesthetics
- Design consultants are expected to love retail and running a retail business.
- Enjoy being hands on with our product, both in the store and in our clients homes.
- Candidates must be able to effectively balance retail sales floor time with In-home consultations and completion of design jobs.
- All candidates must have a proven track record of exceeding sales goals and quotas.
- Must be able to succeed in a team environment while also being able to independently manage their own time and responsibilities.
- Must have an entrepreneurial spirit, seeking new ways to develop and drive both personal and store goals.
- Are flexible and know that business needs can change at anytime.
- Ask the right questions to understand our clients needs and wants to develop the best design solutions.
Our Design Consultants require:
- 1-2 years of Home Furnishing retail and interior home design experience.
- Skill set to handle anywhere between 7-10 design service jobs at a given time.
- Have a base hourly pay plus commission.
- Must meet a minimum sales goal monthly to maintain employment
- Must be available on weekends and select holidays
- Willingness to travel to clients homes for in home services
- Ability to lift and move up to 50lbs
