Troy began his career in the interior design industry in 2018 and quickly discovered a passion for helping clients create spaces that feel both beautiful and functional.  As store manager and designer at J Turner, he brings a strong eye for detail, a love for design, and a dedication to providing clients with an exceptional experience from start to finish.

Originally from Iowa, Troy now calls Florida home and embraces the crativity and inspiration that comes with living in the Sunshine State.  Outside of design, he enjoys life with his husband, Jeshua, and their beloved "fur babies" - Leo, Chester, Franklin, Luca, and Walter.

Troy's approachable style, design expertise, and commitment to excellence make him an integral part of the J Turner Design Co. team.

Designer

Kate Boserup, brings J Turner & Co. a colorful two decades of interior design and business experience.  Kate began her design and space planning career on the famed Abbott Kinney Blvd in Venice, California while finishing her college degree.

Over the years, her clients have included A-list Hollywood celebrities, producers, writers, and actors. Her past and current design projects include luxury residential and some commercial.

Kate enjoys the creative process and especially the interaction, getting to learn where aesthetic meets function for the client.

Fun facts: Kate has been hostess to numerous fundraisers in New York and Los Angeles, is well versed in antiques and appraisal, and speaks Danish.  Her versatility, ability to connect with customers and their design visions, and her keen eye, make her truly a valued member of the J Turner team. 

Outside of work, Kate enjoys tennis, swimming, traveling, art, spending quality time with close friends and family and especially Dogs. 

Operations assistant / Designer

Caitlin brings a distinctive blend of creativity and precision to her dual role, seamlessly balancing the art of design with the demands of operations.  Drawn to J. Turner by the brand's refined aesthetic and its ability to curate timeless pieces from around the globe, she finds endless inspiration in both her work and her travels - most recently a design-influencing trip to Paris, France.  

Designer

With over 20 years of experience in residential home consulting and design, Terra transforms houses into daily vacation destinations.  Her refined approach weaves together architecture, interiors, and furnishings to create spaces that are both deeply personal and beautifully timeless. 

Guided by a philosophy of balance and growth, she nurtures relationships and environments with bespoke solutions that transcend trends-delivering design that feels as effortless as it is enduring.  

Designer

With over two decades in real estate and a lifelong love for design, Paige Carter brings a unique blend of market insight and creative flair to every project.  Her signature style balances high-end aesthetics with warmth and comfort, making her the perfect partner for anyone looking to elevate their home.  From cozy family spaces to sophisticated statement homes, Paige designs with purpose, personality, and heart.

Design Consultant

Kristin brings a lifelong passion for creating beautiful, intentional spaces to the J Turner Design team. With a background rooted in her family’s lighting business, she developed an early appreciation for how thoughtful illumination and refined details can completely transform a home. This foundation continues to inform her design philosophy today—one centered on seamless execution, elevated styling, and environments that feel both warm and meticulously curated.

Kristin works with clients in both of our Northeast Florida showrooms, including our Sawgrass Shops in Ponte Vedra Beach and our St. Augustine location. She approaches each project with a collaborative spirit, guiding clients through every step of the design process with clarity, creativity, and care.

Inspired by family gatherings, coastal living, and moments spent with friends, Kristin’s aesthetic is shaped by a love for connection and meaningful experiences. Outside of interior design, she enjoys creating stationery and watercolor pieces, further reflecting her eye for artistry and detail.

Kristin is driven by a genuine desire to help people feel truly at home in their spaces, and we are proud to have her as part of the J Turner Design team.
