Refund policy

Due to the unique and delicate nature of our merchandise, we have a strict return/exchange policy. These policies minimize the risk of damage during transportation to and from our showroom. Ensuring all items meet quality standards.

We encourage customers to thoroughly review their selections before finalizing purchases. Thank you for understanding our commitment to quality and excellence.

Return & Exchange policies:

  • Cased goods and accessories may be returned or exchanged within 24 hours of purchase. Exceptions do apply. All items returned within 24 hours are subject to inspection for damage. J Turner Design Co. reserves the right to refuse a return or exchange due to damage.
  • Special Orders: are a Final Sale. Special Orders can be cancelled or modified within 24 hours of the time of purchase. Past the 24-hour period, the Special order is not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Upholstered Furniture: Exceptions can be considered, in the event an upholstered piece needs to be returned, a 20% restocking fee will apply, once the items have left the showroom. Special order upholstered items are final sale.
  • Final Sale Items: Floor samples "As Is", clearance and warehouse sale items re considered Final Sale
