Does J Turner Co. have color swatches for custom furniture?
Absolutely! We have over 200 options in fabrics and 70 leathers to choose from. We have stain resistant couches and even liquid proof couches available. We offer multiple rug swatches to view as well! We also offer custom lighting and luxury home décor.

Yes! We offer wall artwork, including teak wall art, stain resistant slipcovers, luxury pillows, home lighting and home lighting accessories, and many other luxury interior design options.

Why is J. Turner Co. more expensive than other furniture stores?
When average just isn’t enough! J. Turner prides itself on our quality products, quality designers and quality delivery. Our $199 design service fee is also the most affordable in the industry!
What does the $199 design service fee include?
Our designers will come to your home, measure your space, take pictures and get a feel for your style, needs and wants. Your designer will create a design plan for you, create a quote for all items chosen, from wall art to luxury home lighting, and work within your budget or timeframe to the best of their abilities.
Can I track my local delivery or setup my own time?
You can call our warehouse team directly at 904-527-8359. Ask for the warehouse manager! We will also call you as soon as all of your items are here and ready for delivery.
Can I get my order sent to the other J Turner & Co. location for free?
All of our deliveries are sent from our Philips Highway location, but we work between both stores regularly. Because the Sawgrass Village store is a boutique, some larger items cannot be stored there but can be arranged for pick up on an agreed upon timeframe.
Can I design my own furniture?
We have many vendors that offer customizations on their pieces. From configurations, leg color, stitching, and fabric selections, ask us and we can tell you if the custom furniture design you’re dreaming of can be created just for you!
Does J Turner Co. take all major credit cards, cash and personal checks?
Yes! We accept Mastercard, Discover, Visa, American Express, cash, checks, and we also offer in-house financing.
Does J Turner Co. accept other forms of digital payments for the online shopping?
For our online shopping, at this time we accept PayPal Express and Amazon Prime Express checkouts.
What is the return policy or refund requirements for online and in-store purchases?
ALL custom orders are NOT returnable or refundable. We do allow 24 hours to return accessories. We do not allow returns on Furniture and Lighting.
I am building a home and not able to have my pieces delivered right away. Is J. Turner & Co able to hold my items?
Yes! Items must be picked up or delivered within 90 days of arrival, or you may be subject to storage fees.

Our warranty provides a guarantee against manufacturer defects.
The guarantee covers any manufacturing, design, or material defect. Please notify us within 2 months of noticing any defects.
It does not cover blows, improper use, or other issues that are not attributable to a manufacturer defects.
An extended warranty can be added to your products for an additional cost.

Returns & Refunds
