Kerry “Designer” Steiner, a nickname that was coined in high school and still holds true today.
His love and talent for design is inherited, His parents have been flipping homes since his childhood and has been in the design industry, in many facets over the last 30+ years.
Kerry grew up in Michigan but has lived all over the states from San Francisco to NYC and Atlanta to Key West.
Kerry started his education at Art Center in Pasadena, California with a focus on fashion and textiles. He continued his training with Federated Department stores,as a manager and buyer.
He then joined Banana Republic, becoming the second manager of the first store in Mill Valley, California.
Kerry relocated to Atlanta GA, working as a manufacturer's rep for several ‘to the trade’ home furnishing lines at the Atlanta Decorative Arts Center (ADAC).
On an accessories buying trip to NYC, Kerry was offered a position as a designer of textiles and end user products, traveling between Paris and NYC for the next two years.
In 1994 Kerry joined the design team at ABC Carpet and Home in NYC, establishing their custom fabrication department.

Fate brought Kerry to Florida in September of 2001, with a lifelong friend he opened, designed and ran a group of restaurants and a special event venue, The King’s Mansion in Ormond Beach. For the next several years Kerry designed weddings and corporate events, establishing the Kings Mansion as the go to spot for special events in Central Florida.
Kerry joined IHG Hotel Group in 2008, designing restaurants and guest rooms from Key West to St Augustine.
Kerry lives with his pack of pups, Cricket, Tank and Gunner
